For those arriving by car from the A14 motorway, the exit is San Benedetto del Tronto-Ascoli Piceno, then follow the signs for Porto d’Ascoli/Mare. From Rome (230 km) it takes about 2h30, from Bologna (300 km) 3 hours, from Milan (500 km) 5 hours and from Ancona (85 km) 1 hour.

Guests who prefer the train can get off at San Benedetto del Tronto station, 5 km from the hotel, reachable in 10 minutes by taxi or by urban bus. For those choosing to fly, the nearest airports are Ancona-Falconara and Pescara, both about 85-90 km away, with private transfer options available on request.

Parking and Mobility Services

Parking availability and methods vary depending on the season. During the winter (October-April), guests can use free public parking in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. For those who want more convenience, private parking spaces are available at a cost in our video-surveilled area, subject to booking.

In the summer (May-September), when street parking becomes payable according to municipal tariffs, we offer two solutions: private parking spaces at the hotel, particularly convenient but limited, and a partner area just 200 metres from the hotel, which guarantees discounted rates for our guests and ample parking spaces.
